Fort de 50 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets EPC, Entrepose Contracting, filiale de VINCI Construction Grands Projets, compte plus d'une centaine de projets majeurs réalisés dans le monde depuis 1995.
L'entreprise Entrepose Contracting est spécialisée dans la conception et la réalisation de projets industriels complexes dans les domaines du pétrole, du gaz, de l'eau et de l'énergie en général. Depuis la réalisation de solutions de transport et de stockage jusqu'à la livraison de projets clés en mains, elle développe des compétences de maîtrise d'œuvre et de gestion de projet en environnement sensible.

Votre future équipe
Vous intégrerez l'équipe de Yannick Morucchio, Directeur Pôle Construction et serez en contact direct des Responsables d'Ingénierie Projet (PEM), Planning, Construction et Contrat.
Les tâches que vous accomplirez
Vous assisterez le Chef de Projet pour la partie Procurement de projet EPC dans le respect du délai, dépenses horaires, budgets et des exigences contractuelles. Nous attendons de vous la coordination et le management de l'ensemble des activités Procurement auprès de différentes filiales sur le Projet.
1. Convenir avec le chef de projet le scope de Procurement
- Participer à l'émission du planning général et à celui des activités achats, expediting/Inspection et logistique
- Participer et piloter la stratégie achats en liaison avec le chef de projet
- Consolider les budgets d'heures allouées par le chef de Projet pour l'exécution des activités Procurement
- Exiger, obtenir, consolider et suivre les engagements sur le budget d'achats alloué par le Chef de Projet
- Établir et/ou valider de l'ensemble des procédures procurement sur projet en s'assurant que les conditions y soient reprises et soient conformes
- Être responsable du planning des activités Procurement
- Assurer la coordination quotidienne des activités procurement avec l'ingénierie, la planification, le chantier
- Encadrer et animer quotidien de l'équipe Procurement dédiée au projet
- Responsabilité hiérarchique opérationnelle sur le personnel du service Procurement
- Vérifier les listes des fournisseurs sélectionnés et leur conformité
- Veiller et vérifier que l'ensemble des outils sont mis à disposition
- Procéder à la relecture de l'ensemble des commandes et contrats
- Prendre à sa charge opérationnellement les traitements de dossiers de commandes sur les dossiers critiques
- Être le « focal point » de contact avec la Direction de Projet sur tous les aspects Procurement
- Récolter les informations/évènements pouvant générer des retards, proposer des solutions, soumettre les arbitrages nécessaires à sa hiérarchie
- Être la dernière personne démobilisée sur projet et assurer opérationnellement toutes démarches achats en phase de démobilisation de l'équipe
2. Assurer le reporting au projet
- Représenter l'ensemble des métiers de Procurement pendant les réunions projet et les réunions avec les Clients
- Assurer la diffusion des objectifs et la vision sur projet à l'équipe dédiée de Procurement
- Collecter l'ensemble de données (achats, planning d'inspection, état d'avancement physique, état de livraison) et préparer la synthèse au projet en mettant en valeur et/ou en adaptant les outils existants (GED, GMP…)
- Identifier les points sensibles, proposer des solutions, faire appel à la hiérarchie si nécessaire
- Participer à l'émission de rapport de fin de projet (REX) sur la partie Procurement
3. S'assurer du bon déroulement des activités Procurement
- Emettre les alertes sur tous les aspects critiques de procurements (dépassement budgétaire, glissement sur planning, absence de données des autres services, absence de budget)

- Vous n'avez pas d'expérience avérée dans les achats et sous-traitances
- Vous n'avez jamais travaillé sur des postes à contexte international
- Vous n'avez jamais eu d'expérience en tant que team leader
- Vous n'avez pas d'expérience en construction internationale
Nous recherchons un profil ayant :
- Un parcours scolaire Ingénieur (bac+5)
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
Savoir-faire
- Connaissances solides en technique de négociations
- Capacité de synthèse et reporting
- Bonne connaissance du processus Supply Chain

- Autonome et proactif(ve) : nous attendons de vous que vous puissiez anticiper les besoins et prendre des initiatives
- Aisance relationnelle : vous serez au contact de nos clients, fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Capacité managériale : responsabilités de leadership, de gestion des ressources et de développement d'équipe
Les + qui peuvent faire la différence
- En plus du français et de l'anglais, vous maîtrisez une 3ᵉ langue
- Expérience dans le tissu Oil and Gas
- Maîtrise des logiciels Primavera, MS Project, etc.
