Nous recherchons un Vendor Data Coordinator pour une mission au sein d’un grand projet EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) à l'international. Vous serez intégré(e) dans l’équipe Information Management du projet, en charge de la gestion des données fournisseurs et sous-traitants. Votre rôle sera crucial pour assurer la conformité et l'intégration des informations dans le système global de gestion du projet.
Missions :
- Gestion des Procédures : Assurer une compréhension approfondie des procédures envoyées aux fournisseurs et sous-traitants, notamment les exigences contractuelles liées à la fourniture et à la vérification des données (tagging, contrôle de qualité, etc.).
- Revue et Clarification des Réquisitions : Examiner les réquisitions pour garantir l'inclusion des exigences en matière de données, organiser des réunions de clarification avec les leaders de réquisition si nécessaire.
- Support aux Fournisseurs et Sous-traitants : Participer aux réunions de clarification et de lancement, et s'assurer que les fournisseurs comprennent bien les exigences liées aux données.
- Contrôle des Documents : Vérifier les documents clés fournis par les sous-traitants (P&ID, datasheets) pour s'assurer de la conformité des tags et de la cohérence des registres.
- Suivi et Coordination : Suivre l’avancement des fournisseurs, répondre aux demandes de clarification, et participer à la production de rapports d'avancement et de qualité.
- Intégration des Données : Une fois les registres validés, les intégrer dans la base de données centralisée du projet.
Profil Recherché :
- Formation : Ingénieur avec une bonne connaissance des projets EPC. La capacité à lire des P&ID est un plus.
- Compétences en Gestion de Données : Passionné par les données, à l'aise avec la gestion de bases de données et le traitement de gros volumes de données.
- Expérience : Expérience souhaitée en gestion des données dans un environnement de projet EPC.
- Qualités Personnelles : Rigueur, réactivité, aisance relationnelle, esprit analytique, autonomie, et esprit d'équipe.
- Langues : Anglais courant (écrit et oral).
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise d'Excel requise. La connaissance de PowerBI est un plus.
