The Recruitment Specialist will be a vital contributor to the OneMars Talent Acquisition team, providing expertise in recruitment across various segments. This role is essential in navigating the competitive landscape to attract top-tier talent that aligns with Mars' business objectives and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop effective staffing strategies informed by market analysis and benchmarking.
- Engage with hiring managers to identify essential skills and experiences necessary for success in their respective roles, crafting tailored strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Act as a representative of Mars, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and alignment with company culture throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize knowledge of best practices in recruitment to effectively source and acquire diverse talent.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of external talent, fostering relationships with potential candidates and external agencies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years' experience in recruitment, either in a corporate or agency setting, or five years in a related HR role.
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the skills and qualities required for various roles, with a track record of successful placements.
- Proficient in various interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Ability to provide exceptional service to geographically diverse hiring managers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
