We are seeking an experienced Business Lawyer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide strategic legal advice and guidance on commercial activities, projects, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal support to business teams and operational functions on the EMEA region.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supply agreements and other types of contracts.
- Manage contractual disputes and litigation, resolving, settling, or escalating as necessary.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel on business projects and initiatives.
- Master's degree in Business Law, Economic Law, International Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and/or manufacturing group.
- Full working proficiency in English and French.
