Position Overview

As part of the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) division at Natixis, you will join the Global Market CIO team, which oversees the upkeep and advancement of the Information Systems (IS) for the CIB Global Market sector.

In your role as an IT Project Team Leader, you will oversee the project portfolio related to the Sophis Equity & Commodities domain.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and managing project governance structures (including project committees and steering committees), fostering relationships with stakeholders (senior management), and ensuring appropriate reporting levels based on the situation;
  • Contributing to the governance frameworks of the Global Market chain, collaborating closely with key stakeholders;
  • Overseeing budget management, project scope, and timelines;
  • Assisting business units in articulating their requirements;
  • Supporting the dedicated project team (both internal and external resources) in their technical and functional tasks;
  • Ensuring adherence to project methodologies and managing operational execution risks effectively.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You possess a higher education degree and have substantial experience in managing IS projects.

You are knowledgeable in:

• Equity derivatives;

• Project management methodologies within the banking sector;

• Leading teams to achieve performance targets;

• Financial resource allocation and risk management;

You are characterized by:

• A strong commitment to customer service;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Proficient negotiation abilities, including fluency in English.

You have a mastery of English at a C1 level.
