Job Title: ServiceNow Presales Consultant

Join our team at SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH as a ServiceNow Presales Consultant and play a crucial role in the ServiceNow Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide recommendations to clients by actively participating in client presales and sales calls to understand business requirements, drivers, and pain points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market and potential client research to accelerate sales stages
  • Create and maintain presales and sales collateral to support sales efforts
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder mapping documentation to ensure effective communication
  • Provide functional and ServiceNow technical demos to clients as required
  • Participate in client presales and sales calls to understand business requirements and pain points
  • Facilitate scoping sessions with clients to define scope of work, timelines, and costs for Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Support the proposal writer and other team members in creating budgetary proposals and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Confirm procurement, approval, and onboarding processes with clients as sales stages progress
  • Work closely with the Sales Team and Delivery Teams to bridge the gap and share knowledge on client requirements and current state
  • Facilitate sales-project knowledge transfer sessions after a sale closes
  • Support account planning and building strategies to drive cross-selling opportunities
  • Contribute content to Request for Proposal (RFP)s
  • Maintain ServiceNow partnership status by creating and maintaining deal registrations in the ServiceNow Partner Portal
  • Create and maintain opportunity information in Beniva and/or SoftwareOne CRM
  • Identify and support the development of new service offerings
  • Review delivered projects to identify pre-sales and sales continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and style skills
  • Professional and interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with internal and external resources and groups
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to support simultaneously occurring proposals and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Ability to thrive and adapt creatively and successfully in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Able to comprehend, communicate, and cohesively organize complex business, technical, and legal concepts, information, and materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • University degree or college diploma in general business, communications, marketing, publishing, computer science, or equivalent work-related experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of enterprise or information technology business, software, industry, and related operations and services a plus
  • Ability to work both independently, with initiative, and as an effective member of a team
  • A positive promoter of work culture and a “can do” attitude
  • Fluency in French and English
