About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retail chains and B2B customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
  • Motivate the team to achieve set goals and support them in solving ongoing challenges.
  • Responsible for meeting sales and budgetary targets on both local and international levels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the innovation and marketing teams to tailor product offerings to market and customer needs.
  • Participate in developing marketing strategies that support product sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new trends and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in management, marketing, or economics.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a managerial sales role within the FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market, experience in private label sales, and working with retail chains and B2B clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team, effectively manage change, and make decisions.
  • Travel to both domestic and international locations will be a regular part of this role.
