Director of Sales & Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team at Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to position the hotel in the local marketplace and ensure alignment with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and brand promise
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Director of Marketing or Director of Sales in a larger operation
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
