Regional Sales Manager - Central France

As a key member of our Sales Organization in France, you will report to the Director of Sales for Southern Europe and collaborate closely with Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to drive our Company Business Strategy. Your primary goal will be to execute Sales Business Plans, maximize revenue growth, and increase market share in Central France.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer activities within the defined region, working alongside Internal Sales Representative and Technical Manager to boost sales of products and services.
  • Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to expand the account base in the region.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue, utilizing CRM on a daily basis.
  • Provide effective communication and service to clients and feedback internally.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and management experience.
  • Experience managing a large territory and working remotely from a virtual office.
  • Strong technical sales background with a successful track record of selling high-tech product solutions (preferably in the Semiconductor industry).
  • Fluent English and French language skills.
  • Ability to effectively use software such as Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
