Your Role:

  • Lead software test activities on UWB/NFC projects in close relation with the Project Lead.
  • Elaborate and improve the project test plan in cooperation with the Project Architect.
  • Ensure the correct execution of the project test plan, including test development and test execution tracking.
  • Propose and drive automated test platform evolutions.
  • Manage reporting on the test activity, including test development, results, coverage, and improvement planning.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Electronic and/or Computer Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded firmware testing and/or standard compliance.
  • Ability to drive a team of engineers to develop, execute, and review tests.
  • Ability to define and improve processes, especially regarding software verification and validation.
  • Solid experience of software development, including knowledge of Python, C, and scripting (Linux, Windows).
  • Good knowledge and practice of automated test platforms.
  • Rigorous and methodical thinking, with strong analytical skills.
  • Good team player with the ability to work across teams and sites.
  • Ability to travel abroad for short periods of time.

Recommended:

  • Experience in radio firmware development (UWB, NFC, WiFi, Mobile platforms...).
  • Knowledge of Jenkins automation platform.
  • Experience in configuration management tools (SVN / Git).
  • Good understanding of electronics, RTL simulation, FPGAs.

Language: Fluent in English and French.
