Position: Business Development Specialist at Pattern
Pattern is a dedicated agency specializing in the customization of textiles and various objects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality personalized apparel and items tailored to individual preferences. Our operations are categorized into two main sectors: Pattern Sport and Pattern Pro.
Your primary focus will be on Pattern Pro to drive expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the strategic and operational challenges within the industry.
- Investigate new market segments to evaluate their potential.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Sales, and Production teams to improve and streamline the customer experience.
- Generate consistent monthly revenue through targeted initiatives.
- Execute comprehensive commercial retargeting strategies.
- Contribute to the revenue growth of Pattern by identifying prospects and guiding them from initial engagement to closure alongside your sales partner.
- Prior experience in Business Development or Account Executive roles is advantageous.
- Aiming to excel as a top performer, managing leads of varying sizes.
- Embrace challenges and demonstrate proactivity in the textile sector, from production to supply chain to finishing.
- Comfortable engaging in phone communications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
