Associate Transaction Services Specialist

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team at Interpath Advisory France as a Transaction Services Associate. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Transaction services projects for a diverse range of clients, including top-tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our Managing Directors, Directors, Managers, and Senior Associates in a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment. You will be responsible for participating in the drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports, including historical performance analysis, quality of earnings, net working capital, and debt-like items. You will also participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and target company management, serving as a secondary point of contact for day-to-day FDD execution matters.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong attention to detail, a logical and methodical approach, and excellent project management, Excel, and report writing skills. You will also need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, team working, and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze businesses at pace and adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for a talented individual with a top-tier business or engineering school or university degree (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance, or economics. You should have preliminary experience (internship or one year equivalent) in Audit, Transaction Services, Controlling, M&A, or Private Equity. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports, including historical performance analysis, quality of earnings, net working capital, and debt-like items.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and target company management, serving as a secondary point of contact for day-to-day FDD execution matters.
- Assist in the analysis of businesses, identifying potential risks and upsides, and providing recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and target company management.
Requirements:
- Top-tier business or engineering school or university degree (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- Preliminary experience (internship or one year equivalent) in Audit, Transaction Services, Controlling, M&A, or Private Equity.
