Mission principale :
En collaboration avec le Responsable de Magasin, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités :
- Assistance au Responsable de Magasin dans les tâches administratives,
- Encadrement, motivation et formation de l'équipe,
- Gestion des rayons : assurer une présentation optimale des produits et organiser des actions commerciales,
- Analyse des indicateurs de performance pour atteindre les objectifs fixés,
- Communication avec les départements Achats et Merchandising Visuel,
- Ouverture et fermeture du magasin en l'absence du Responsable.
Profil recherché :
Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 à 3 ans dans le secteur du prêt-à-porter haut de gamme en tant qu'Assistant(e) Manager de magasin. Vous parlez couramment français, et la maîtrise de l'anglais et/ou de l'espagnol est un atout.
Autonome et adaptable, vous faites preuve d'une excellente organisation et d'une capacité à gérer des situations complexes.
Habitué(e) à travailler sous pression, vous avez une bonne capacité de communication envers les clients et vos collaborateurs.
