Role Overview

As a Work Supervisor, you will oversee the effective execution of tasks within your designated discipline.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring work progress and coordinating the activities of various subcontractors on-site.
  • Managing the foreman/brigadier and organizing all work-related activities for which you are accountable.
  • Being present on construction sites and being prepared for frequent relocations.
  • Providing weekly reports to the construction manager.
Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A VCA certificate and a valid work permit for Belgium.
  • Personal accommodation.
  • A diploma in Generalist or Specialized Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Relevant certifications, including VCA* VOL and Flange Mechanic (IS).
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or English.
