We are looking for a Procurement Lead to join our team at ESSP. As a Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for leading efforts to enhance procurement procedures, methods, and technologies to keep the business adaptable and competitive in the marketplace. You will create and preserve solid relationships with important suppliers to guarantee the best conditions and promote collaborations that increase value and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure supply/service continuity and minimize the possibility of interruptions.
Lead complex procurements from identification of the need to sourcing, negotiation, supplier relationship management, procurement-to-pay management, and contract signature.
Provide guidance and support to other procurements and act as a specialist by your expertise.
Support Senior Management with procurement reports, forecasts, and analysis.
Manage facilities-related contracts such as facilities rental agreements, electricity supply, cleaning, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a similar discipline.
Strong understanding of industry best practices, sourcing techniques, and contract management principles.
Proficient with the Pack Office, ERP, and procurement software.
High level of English (B2-C1) – CEFR.
