ROLE OVERVIEW

The Lead Service Experience Designer is responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for users interacting with DesignX products and services.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop user-centric designs that facilitate seamless interactions with DesignX offerings.
  • Evaluate the functional and content requirements of engineering products, creating storyboards, wireframes, and task flows that align with user needs, and producing visually compelling mockups.
  • Exhibit a strong passion for visual design and stay updated with UI trends and technologies, allowing for the infusion of innovative ideas into projects.
  • Utilize advanced skills in creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Possess relevant experience in modeling and analysis software, particularly with a focus on DesignX products.
  • Assess and prioritize UX-related software challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate on and contribute to design and methodology patents integrated into DesignX products.
  • Work closely with product managers, development teams, and fellow designers across various software applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, along with two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Design, or a related field, accompanied by five (5) years of experience in a related position.
  • Proficiency in modeling and simulation applications such as SpaceClaim, Creo, Solidworks, Fusion360, Inventor, Rhino, or DesignX products.
  • Experience in web development utilizing HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Skilled in creating and manipulating vector and raster graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience in developing interactions and animations with Adobe After Effects.
  • Knowledge of screen capture, editing, and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and automation of repetitive design tasks using tools such as Python and Excel.
