We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Consultant AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to become a vital part of our Consulting Team. Adobe's Consulting division is a vibrant collective of skilled consultants who collaborate with clients to define, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring they extract maximum value from their Adobe investments. AEM Technical Consultants play a crucial role in the partnership between Adobe and our key clients, driving value realization and enhancing the return on investment. This team consists of tech-savvy professionals with a background in digital marketing, understanding its significance in shaping corporate strategies. You will engage directly with clients to comprehend their business and technical needs, crafting solutions that guarantee success. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a Technical Consultant for Adobe Consulting, overseeing the technical execution of Adobe Experience Manager projects.
  2. Collaborate with client teams to establish use cases, objectives, and goals that align with business requirements.
  3. Develop system and application components to fulfill specified digital experience and business objectives.
  4. Analyze complex project challenges, devise optimal solutions, and present recommendations to clients and partners.
  5. Maintain a high level of technical proficiency by staying updated on the latest Adobe digital experience technologies through various learning avenues and self-study.
  6. Contribute to Adobe's AEM practices and relay customer feedback to product engineering and management to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications for Success:
Technical Expertise
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  2. Extensive experience with Java, JEE, XML, and JSON.
  3. Solid practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  4. Significant experience with at least one JavaScript framework, such as React or AngularJS.
  5. Familiarity with high-traffic and scalable web content management systems.
  6. Strong experience with REST APIs, Unit Testing, GIT version control, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
  7. Awareness of trends in personalization, headless architecture, and data-driven optimization.
Consulting Abilities
  1. Build trust with clients and guide them towards successful engagements.
  2. Proficient in delivering professional and persuasive presentations.
  3. Comfortable leading discussions with various operational levels at client organizations, tailored to diverse audiences.
  4. Capable of managing challenging engagement scenarios in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional manner.
  5. Ability to lead functional teams and initiatives, including task distribution and delegation.
  6. Collaborative team player who supports colleagues in their roles.
  7. Self-organized and able to prioritize work in a multi-engagement environment.
  8. Recognize when to involve additional professionals to ensure project success.
  9. Willingness to travel as required.
  10. Proficient in both English and French.
