We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Technical Workfront Consultant to join our esteemed Consulting team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of Workfront clients by adeptly evaluating, designing, implementing, and configuring work management solutions utilizing the Workfront platform.

This position demands a hands-on, results-driven professional with a strong focus on business processes and integration consulting. Beyond implementation expertise, this role requires a collaborative approach that enhances solution adoption, delivers business value, and ultimately streamlines the implementation process to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver robust, enterprise-level integrations and facilitate technical interactions throughout the customer journey. Lead technical discussions with clients during project execution. Collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to design and execute integrated solutions for clients. Supervise technical development and adhere to standard operating procedures to support technical delivery and integrations with third-party software. Diagnose technical issues by validating the problem and providing effective solutions. Offer post-deployment technical support for issues related to client integrations. Assess integration needs and requirements, identify solutions, and outline the integration process and capabilities during both pre-sales and post-sales phases. Develop integration solutions (including program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and determine necessary Workfront configurations to support the integration strategy.

Qualifications for Success

Technical Expertise

Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in software development. At least 8 years of experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation roles (including integration, software development, networking, operations, etc.). Proficiency in Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) is preferred. Strong skills in Java, PHP, or Python; along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Experience in data migration from previous client tools and systems. Excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. Proven experience in implementing solutions within a SaaS environment. Experience in deploying solutions for enterprise systems of record (such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.).

Consulting Skills

Ability to build trust with clients and guide them towards successful outcomes. Experience in delivering professional and persuasive presentations. Comfortable leading discussions with various operational levels at client organizations, tailored to diverse audiences. Capable of managing challenging engagement situations in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional manner. Ability to lead functional teams and initiatives, including task division and delegation. Team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues in your environment. Self-organized and able to prioritize tasks in a multi-engagement setting. Recognize when to involve other professionals to ensure success. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. Proficient in both English and French.
