About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Assets Investment Professional to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our Real Estate Asset Management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the definition and implementation of best value creation strategies for our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze asset-level data and documentation to inform investment decisions
  • Develop and implement financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of asset budgets and key performance indicators
  • Organize real estate appraisal campaigns and monitor asset performance
  • Participate in the follow-up of tenant relations and disputes
  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing and rental strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of disposals and provide analytical support on ad-hoc topics

Requirements

  • Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate
  • Proven interest in real estate and asset management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
