Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing all relevant and up-to-date asset level data/documentation
- Implementing financial models (DCF)
- Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the asset budget in coordination with asset managers or asset operators
- Organizing real estate appraisal campaigns
- Monitoring asset key performance indicators and contributing to investor reporting
- Participating in the follow-up of tenant relations and any disputes
- Contributing to the implementation of the marketing and rental strategy
- Contributing to the monitoring of renovation or development programs in coordination with internal and/or external players
- Assisting in the preparation of disposals (data room, valuation, calls for tenders, etc.)
- Providing analytical and presentation support on ad hoc topics
- Participating in cross-functional missions under the direction of one of the members of the management team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering, or Real Estate
- Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)
- Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
- Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
- Fluent in English
