We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Responsible Investment Manager. As a key member of our global Responsible Investment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and oversight of our real assets (Real Estate and Infrastructure) portfolios approach to Responsible Investment.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of frameworks, tools, and solutions to help with portfolio ESG risk analysis and management.
- Perform ESG performance assessment and benchmarking, as well as impact assessment.
- Support the review of key regulatory frameworks, such as the EU Taxonomy, and their respective impact and reporting requirements for the different asset classes under management.
- Assist in the implementation of our climate strategy, addressing physical and transition risk, and support the deployment of our climate physical risk assessment and monitoring process for real estate and infrastructure assets.
- Contribute to the preparation of GRESB reporting for real estate and infrastructure investments.
- Postgraduate studies in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Management, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in responsible investment or real assets and a desire to pursue a career in sustainable investing.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capacity, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team within an international and fast-moving environment.
