As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of direct clients within a specific sector, driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve defined objectives, adhering to established company policies.
- Provide expert advice to clients on product assortment, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and innovative solutions.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility within retail outlets.
- Maintain strict adherence to national reference standards across all sales points (170 stores).
- Maximize product sales through strategic shelf management, incorporating assortment optimization, new product launches, and national promotional activities.
- Gather valuable field intelligence, including competitor analysis, quality issues, client organization insights, competitor catalogs, and shelf surveys. Identify and pursue potential clients within your assigned sector.
- You possess a dynamic and proactive personality with a strong sense of autonomy.
- You excel at building relationships and demonstrating exceptional listening skills.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient task management.
