Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Quantilia. As a Sales and Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new sales opportunities.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns, and maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and approaching potential clients across European markets.
  • Assisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate from a top-tier business school or university, with a strong academic background.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
