Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Product Management to join our innovative team at a rapidly growing seed-stage company.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in building category-defining products & features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product delivery process from conception to making the feature successful.
Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of customer's pain points and challenges
- Identify the best solutions to address these challenges
- Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate PRDs
- Convert the product objectives for the next 2 quarters into a comprehensive roadmap with an implementation plan ready for execution
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end feature delivery process
- Execute the roadmap at the highest velocity and maximize exceptional quality
- Act as point of contact for feature delivery questions toward internal stakeholders, customer success team, customer support team & customers
- Take responsibility for achieving success metrics for all launched features and product enhancements
- Implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong independent project ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication abilities to align stakeholders and convey critical information quickly & effectively
- Exceptional skills in converting high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-driven working style
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices
