We are seeking a highly skilled Project Safety Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the overall RAMS approach of the project throughout the development cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive RAMS strategy to ensure the safety and reliability of our projects.
- Lead a team of RAMS Engineers in carrying out studies and ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards.
- Manage QCD commitments for the RAMS business line on your project.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and verify that systems and products meet contractual safety and reliability expectations.
- Propose and defend technical solutions to optimize safety and reliability performances.
- Manage relationships with customers, independent safety assessors, and regulatory authorities to obtain authorizations for train service.
- Apply Alstom Transport Safety Processes and standards from tender phase to warranty phase.
- General engineer or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience in operational safety methods and tools.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of the railway world and associated technical skills are a plus.
This position offers a global vision of a train project in development, with opportunities to work on French and international projects. You will have the chance to work in a team and be in daily contact with other professions within the company.
