Project Quality and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality and Safety Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Project Quality and Safety manager (PrQSM) teams to ensure the effective implementation of quality and safety processes.
- Anticipate resource needs and consolidate the PrQSM workload for the site on a quarterly basis.
- Develop and implement a yearly training plan for the PrQSM teams and propose qualifications.
- Control the application of the Development for Quality (DFQ) process and validate each milestone by the team.
- Support the Project Team to ensure the project Safety, Quality assurance by coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project.
- Monitor the Alstom Participating Units at DFQ level and measure their performance with the Project Management process correspondent.
- Ensure that all REX of all the metiers have been considered in the Risks & Opportunities and closely monitor to prevent occurrence.
- Graduate or post-Graduate degree in engineering with management background.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
- Experience in operational activities and in documentation management.
- Experience in teams/people management and ability to positively influence in cross-functional/geographically distributed teams.
