Missions
Rattaché(e) au Responsable ère Transformation des viandes, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement de la chaine de production
- S'assurer des bonnes conditions de préservation des produits
- S'assurer du respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et réglementaires
- Former et accompagner le personnel sur les différents postes de production
- Être force de proposition et participer à l'amélioration continue
- Gérer la polyvalence du personnel et participer aux entretiens d'évaluation
- Détecter les priorités et intervenir pour aider les équipes
Compétences requises
Vous devez avoir
- Un niveau BAC+ dans l'agroalimentaire ou la gestion de production
- Une première expérience dans l'univers industriel agroalimentaire
- Des notions d'informatique, de rendements et du vivant
- Des compétences en gestion
- Être organisé(e), réactif(ve), autonome et avoir de bonnes relations avec les collègues
