About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in driving business growth and meeting customer needs at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, a leading global Merchandise Agency. This position works closely with Account Managers to source products that fit client expectations and goals through the power of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with assigned account managers to drive BDA value and meet customer needs.
  • Attend client meetings with account managers to understand client needs and brand requirements.
  • Develop and maintain sales proposals, correspondence, and management reports.
  • Update and maintain orders through internal systems.
  • Source products and ideate based on differentiation strategies and client needs.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain deadlines.
  • Research, create, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate costs to maximize profits.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, production, creative services, supplier services, accounting, warehouse, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism.
  • Exhibit high levels of service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other job duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support – ad specialty, merchandise industries, a plus.
  • Knowledge of BDA supplier base is helpful but not required.
  • Customer Service skills, including ability to work effectively with clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Expert interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exposure to negotiation skills.
