About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Paris. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
  • Develop and drive our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing.
  • Drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders.
  • Engage and coach hiring managers.
  • Be an advocate for your candidates, ensuring they have the best candidate experience.
  • Foster recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback and diversity metrics.
  • Collaborate with our robust global talent acquisition team (recruiters, sourcers, and coordinator) to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective.

  • Have at least 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
  • Have worked with a high growth staff plan in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision.
  • Have experience collaborating and advising senior leaders.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-first approach.
  • Have a user-first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders.
