Professional Education Programs Coordinator

At the University of Notre Dame, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Education Programs Coordinator to join our Alumni Association team. This role will play a critical part in developing and delivering career and educational programs that support the lifelong learning and career development of our alumni, parents, and friends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, logistical, and technical support for alumni education and professional programs.
- Develop and maintain digital platforms, including ThinkND and IrishCompass, to support program delivery and engagement.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform program development and evaluation.
- Coordinate financial resources and expenses related to professional and alumni education programs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; 1-2+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, and data management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize to meet deadlines with quality work.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to engage with diverse volunteer leaders, alumni, friends, and others in support of programs and initiatives.
- Familiar and comfortable working with technology in the digital space, with ability and willingness to learn and adapt to current and changing technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong proven technology skills in Google suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and producing, recording, and editing videos and audio podcasts.
- Experience with email marketing/broadcast email software.
