Coty, a global leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join its team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with our agency to produce compelling and visually stunning content that showcases our luxury fragrances, brand story, and lifestyle.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing content and strategy accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms and tools, providing recommendations for innovation and growth.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (+5 years) managing social media accounts for luxury brands, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually captivating content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
