Position Overview & Responsibilities
At Dassault Systèmes, we specialize in delivering comprehensive business and solution consulting services tailored for various sectors utilizing the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Our focus is on enhancing operational efficiency within manufacturing enterprises.
The primary objective of the Systems Engineering Consultant is to illustrate and convey to clients how to fully leverage the advantages of our Industry Process offerings by integrating 3DS business strategies. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through their business transformation journeys by optimizing their processes through the application of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
As a Systems Engineering Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in System Architectural Frameworks, methodologies, and applications.
- Employing model-based and data-centric approaches to formulate and enhance strategies for Requirements Engineering, System Architecture, System Behavior Analysis, Requirements Verification, Test Planning, and Interface Integration for complex systems.
- Creating models of complex systems utilizing OMG frameworks such as UML, SysML, DoDAF/UPDM, and UAF.
- Modeling systems from various perspectives (capability, operational, system, functional) and across different abstraction levels.
- Facilitating the development and consensus on model taxonomy and ontology with stakeholders.
- Providing expert guidance on the deployment and optimal utilization of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions at client sites to meet their business objectives and ensure successful implementation.
- Delivering consulting services on MBSE tools and applications (including CATIA Magic, TRM/TRA, Datahub, Power'By, etc.) throughout the systems engineering lifecycle.
Qualifications
- A degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in an engineering discipline is essential.
- Proven experience in implementing MBSE solutions, particularly with CATIA Magic and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Expertise in architecture and requirements gathering, elaboration, and analysis using system architecture tools, specifically CATIA Magic tools (Cameo, Reqtify, Doors, etc.).
- Familiarity with MBSE tools and languages such as CATIA Magic (Cameo), Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, Capella, UML/SysML/UAF.
- Experience in programming languages like Python and Javascript is advantageous.
- Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Mobility, or discrete manufacturing OEMs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and educate clients on Model-Based Systems Engineering capabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.
