Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate costs and manage procurement processes.
- Oversee the complete RFQ/RFP/sourcing cycle.
- Manage all Non-IT Procurement activities, including:
- Human Resources Expenditures (Insurance & Benefits, Compliance, Recruitment Agencies, Payroll Services, etc.)
- Talent Acquisition Expenditures (Consultants, Assessment Tools, Recruitment Services, etc.)
- Facility Management Expenditures (Real Estate, Cleaning Services, Security, Maintenance, Utilities, Travel, etc.)
- Marketing Expenditures (Public Relations Firms, Marketing Initiatives, etc.)
- Financial Expenditures (Insurance & Auditing Services, etc.)
- Training Expenditures (E-learning Platforms, etc.)
- Miscellaneous Expenditures.
- Negotiate pricing and discount structures with suppliers and oversee vendor selection.
- Develop new vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
- Possess extensive experience in pricing negotiations and contract management.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of global market pricing.
- Provide recommendations for alternative supply strategies to achieve cost savings and enhance supply solutions.
- Supervise daily purchasing operations, collaborating with other regions to standardize procedures.
