Product Manager Procurement Applications

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Services Manager for eProcurement to join our team at Capijobnew. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement applications, including solution strategy definition, service development, solution design, and functional specifications documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Management:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement applications, including Coupa, Zycus, and other potential applications.
- Work with the product owner to prioritize the product backlog for development and provide valuable inputs in prioritization.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure product enhancements and rollouts are delivered on time within budget with extremely good quality.
- Work with product vendors to ensure product patches, updates, and upgrades are planned and executed in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage projects in both waterfall and agile methodology.
- Services Management:
- Ensure SLAs are met for all procurement application-related tickets.
- Address user escalations quickly.
- Plan and execute application maintenance-related activities.
- Collaborate with the Service Desk, COE, and other relevant teams to ensure highest quality of services are delivered to customers.
- Technical Solution Review:
- Review and validate technical proposals from the COE application development team.
- Conduct periodic code reviews to ensure good coding practices are in place.
- Assist the offshore development centre on any technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to ensure Solution Architectures align with the overall EA and Technology strategy.
- Solution Technical Design:
- Perform an impact analysis to identify modules impacted by new demands, projects, or technical upgrades.
- Create a solution prototype when needed.
- Collaborate with COE Technical resources and guide them when needed.
- Collaborate with QA leads to prepare test cases to define acceptance criteria.
- Create technical documents to be shared with technical stakeholders when needed.
- L4 Support and Coordination:
- Assist/resolve incidents related to bug fixes that cannot be resolved by the Offshore delivery centre.
- Maintain solutions to keep them up to date with technology.
- Coordinate UAT with business users for projects and enhancements.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product and Services Manager for eProcurement with a strong background in procurement operations, product management, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT Software or Computer Science disciplines and 10-14 years of work experience in Product and Services management for procurement-related applications.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement to pay operations, knowledge of COUPA, and experience with Oracle EBS applications. They will also have technical and functional expertise in Coupa/Zycus, Cloud Technologies, Oracle Applications, System Integrations, ServiceNow Workflows, Data Visualization tools, and Data Modelling.
We are looking for an innovative, analytical professional with a track record of directing corporate IT initiatives while participating in planning, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies and be able to manage large project teams and deliver high-quality results.
ITIL and/or Scrum Master certifications are an added advantage.
