We are seeking a Human Resources and Recruitment Apprentice to engage in one of our State-recognized diploma programs, ranging from level 5 to level 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3, or Master/Bac+5).

Key Responsibilities:- Provide information to candidates and/or temporary employees regarding the assigned tasks, their status, rights, obligations, and workplace safety regulations
- Identify and assign candidates according to the requirements of clients and prospects
- Welcome, assist, and register candidates - Assess candidates' qualifications through interviews and reference checks
- Create and disseminate recruitment advertisements on suitable platforms and monitor responses - Compile application files, input data, and maintain the database
- Draft mission and secondment agreements
- Deliver management information to the appropriate management center/pole - Oversee temporary workers and/or employees, track the progress of assignments, and ensure satisfaction among temporary workers and/or clients
