In Quarto, a leading recruitment consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Solar Development to join our client, a specialized company in the field of Renewable Energy.
The company is expanding its activities to photovoltaics, in addition to its leading position in Renewable Energy. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for piloting and driving a portfolio of Renewable Energy and photovoltaic projects (ground-mounted, AgriPV, etc.). Your key responsibilities will be:
- To identify potential sites for implantation based on existing orientation documents, cartographies, contacts, and documentary research;
- To identify favorable landowners and operators for the installation of photovoltaic panels and negotiate land contracts;
- To accompany and federate local stakeholders (elected officials, residents, landowners, administrations, associations, press, etc.);
- To animate information and consultation around the project;
- To select service providers for expertise and follow their work;
- To pilot administrative file advancement until authorization is obtained;
- To follow and adapt projects to regulatory changes;
- To interact with support services (financial, legal) to validate project progress;
- To ensure regular and high-quality reporting to your hierarchy, with a high degree of autonomy in organizing your work.
You will be a graduate with a Bac +5 degree (Master's degree, engineering school, business school), with a successful first experience in developing solar power plants or advanced Renewable Energy projects, ideally with an IPP, developer, EPCist, etc. Experience in requesting authorizations (AE/ICPE) and urban planning procedures is a significant asset. You will possess strong relational skills and conviction in a competitive context. You will have a genuine ability to create adhesion and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing your tasks.
You will be dynamic, organized, and autonomous, driven by a genuine motivation for Renewable Energy and a high capacity for adaptation to different audiences. A valid driving license (B permit) is required. Knowledge of English is an asset.
