Store Designer - CDI Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing store projects for the EMEA region, adapting and applying global design concepts to regional needs, and providing rendering and technical drawings for local suppliers.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Following up store design projects, including budget and supplier support
  • Developing and improving the store design brand image in the region
  • Creating and realizing relevant and complete guidelines for regional store design and visual merchandising
  • Supporting implementation and development of permanent visual merchandising
  • Creating planograms according to global and regional marketing plans
  • Designing specific flagship windows and/or temporary activations
  • Making surveys and analyzing store design and visual merchandising competitive advantages
  • Building close relationships with regional stakeholders and affiliates, SDVM teams, and shopfitters
  • Ensuring constant optimization of work tools, processes, and communication
Requirements

Education:

Interior design diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

5 years minimum in interior design agency or in merchandising central department in store design

Knowledge of the world of luxury cosmetics and relevant retail channels (FSS, department stores, perfumeries)

Competencies and Success Factors:

Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented

Great communication skills

English is mandatory

Software (MAC): Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Autocad, Sketchup Mandatory

Added software: Vray, Microsoft Office, Keyshot
