Lagardère Travel Retail - SAP Support Specialist
Lagardère Travel Retail stands as a premier entity in the Travel Retail sector, catering to travelers in airports, train stations, and various other outlets across 42 nations. As a significant division of the Lagardère group, Lagardère Travel Retail comprehensively addresses the requirements of travelers and concessionaires through an extensive network comprising over 5,000 points of sale in Travel Essentials, Duty-Free & Fashion, and Foodservice. The organization has set forth an ambitious Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda, known as PEPS (Planet.Ethics.People.Social), aimed at fostering a more sustainable industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve level 2 incidents related to SAP on a daily basis.
- Engage in ongoing service quality enhancement, management of the knowledge base, and execution of SAP or POS projects and improvements.
- Oversee revenue reporting from the boutique cash register system within SAP for accounting reconciliation.
- Facilitate coordination between SAP support and cashier support teams during routine monthly and weekly closings to address any arising issues.
- Supervise the configuration of new boutiques within SAP and oversee logistics processes.
- Ensure seamless logistics operations between the central warehouse, local warehouses, and boutiques.
- Analyze and rectify root causes of recurring incidents to promote continuous service enhancement.
- Contribute to the deployment and testing of SAP or POS projects and enhancements.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP support, ideally within a Retail context. Proficiency in SAP modules MM/SD is essential. Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer service focus are required. Candidates should demonstrate autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach. Proficiency in English is necessary.
