We act as a vital connection between disability services and the community, offering essential support and guidance to those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver initial reception and telephonic assistance (welcome and direct users, assess eligibility for disability benefits, manage administrative inquiries)
- Provide follow-up reception and telephonic support (offer insights on ongoing processes, direct users to relevant services or external partners, aid in planning life projects for individuals with disabilities)
- Identify and report emergency situations, notifying management as required

- Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication capabilities
- Show initiative in enhancing service quality
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
