SKEMA Business School: A Leader in Artificial Intelligence Education

SKEMA Business School invites applications for a position at Assistant and/or Associate Professor rank, in Artificial Intelligence for Management, to contribute to the development of our research and teaching programs.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be part of the SKEMA Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI), an interdisciplinary initiative focused on exploring the opportunities and implications of artificial intelligence for business and management. SCAI aims to investigate the economic, societal, and ethical value generated by Human Centric AI Systems for Business, as well as to develop and enhance AI techniques and algorithms to solve specific business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead academic research projects in Artificial Intelligence for Management, with a focus on publishing in top-tier management journals.
  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in AI applied to Management, and contribute to student mentorship.
  • Participate in projects related to the SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy, and collaborate with other researchers and industry partners.

Qualifications

  • A Ph.D. in Management or a related field, with a strong research orientation and track record in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related areas.
  • Strong research and teaching skills, with a proven ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong interest in investing in the research focus on Artificial Intelligence in Management.
  • Commitment to service and/or outreach activities, with a focus on contributing to the development of our research and teaching programs.
