SKEMA Business School invites applications for a position at Assistant and/or Associate Professor rank, in Artificial Intelligence for Management, to begin a new chapter in our research and teaching endeavors.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a strong research orientation and track record in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field. The successful candidate will develop and/or lead academic research projects with the aim of publishing in the field's highest-quality journals.

About the SKEMA Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI)

The SCAI is an interdisciplinary initiative focused on exploring the opportunities and implications of artificial intelligence for the management of organizations, industries, and business ecosystems. Our research center aims to investigate the economic, societal, and ethical value generated by Human Centric AI Systems for Business, as well as to develop and enhance AI techniques and algorithms to solve specific business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and/or lead academic research projects in AI for Management
  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in AI applied to Management
  • Contribute to student mentorship and participate in projects related to the SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Management or a related field with orientation in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related area
  • Strong research orientation and track record, as demonstrated by a publication track record in highly regarded management journals
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collegial environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellence in quantitative methods
  • Strong interest in investing in the research focus on Artificial Intelligence in Management
  • Commitment to service and/or outreach activities
