Job Opportunity: Infirmier HAD - Poste de Nuit

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infirmier diplomé d'état HAD to join our team in Besançon for a night position on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical care as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Perform technical procedures while adhering to strict hygiene protocols
  • Monitor patient parameters according to established schedules
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all actions at the patient's residence
  • Administer medications and educate patients on treatment plans
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families within the scope of practice
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a State Diploma in Nursing and have prior experience in home healthcare. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, initiative, and teamwork are essential for success.

Work Schedule:

Night Shift: 21:00 - 07:15
