Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential acquisition and partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate target leads using our company tools and databases
  2. Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify potential targets for acquisition and partnership
  3. Assist in the analysis of potential targets, including SEO, valuation, and technical assessments
  4. Coordinate with our marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support our acquisition and partnership efforts
  5. Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
  2. Strong digital culture and experience with tools such as Asana, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Similarweb, and Ahrefs
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  4. Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or another language a plus
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
