Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities- Generate target leads using our company tools and databases
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify potential targets for acquisition and partnership
- Assist in the analysis of potential targets, including SEO, valuation, and technical assessments
- Coordinate with our marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support our acquisition and partnership efforts
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities
- Proven experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
- Strong digital culture and experience with tools such as Asana, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Similarweb, and Ahrefs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or another language a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
