Your Mission:- Develop and manage the industrial plan to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Contribute to the definition, evaluation, and implementation of industrial capacity to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage product costs and develop strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Participate in problem-solving with operations teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Education: Engineer or PhD with a minimum of 3 years' experience in high-tech product development and/or industrialization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more disciplines (optics, mechanics, electronics, software).
- Project Management: Planning, budget management, risk analysis.
- Specific Knowledge: Inertial navigation, industrialization, PLM, ERP, MES.
- Languages: Fluent in French, Professional proficiency in English.
