Job Title: Project Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Bid and Project Support team, you will be responsible for providing expert planning and coordination services to support the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Provide detailed project planning and coordination services, including schedule development, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, and coordination, preferably in the industrial or railway sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Primavera and TILOS.
