We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Consumer Tissue category in the South-West Europe region. As a key member of our Consumer Goods Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for our Consumer Tissue brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to activate global and local marketing strategies for Consumer Tissue brands in the South-West Europe region.
- Manage a team of direct reports and their teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and ensure the Consumer Tissue category remains competitive.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results.
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong brand marketing experience in international FMCG companies with a B2C focus.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams directly and indirectly.
- Fluent in English and French, with any other relevant European language an advantage.
- Exceptional strategic and holistic thinking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
