As a Financial Controller, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop tools to monitor expenditures and revenue streams, propose strategies to optimize resource allocation, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Procurement Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to analyze performance indicators, conduct cost analyses, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in the acquisition of goods and services.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets for various departments, including EHPAD and USLD, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines, manage data related to pharmaceutical revenue, and prepare reports for international billing conventions.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
