As a key member of our Export Control Programme Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our export control programme.
The Export Control Directives and Methods Manager will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our export control directives and methods. This will involve:
- Developing and updating export control directives and methods to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of export control directives and methods across the organization.
- Providing guidance and support to business units on export control compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Leading the Directives and Methods Change Control Board to review and approve changes to export control directives and methods.
- Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees understand export control compliance requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain export control directives and methods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of export control directives and methods.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on export control compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the Directives and Methods Change Control Board to review and approve changes to export control directives and methods.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees understand export control compliance requirements.

- 6 years of professional experience in a multinational, industrial environment with export control activities.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent English language skills.
