About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Alexander McQueen France. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and represent the company in the local market
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success
- Ensure the team has a deep understanding of the brand, products, and services to provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Significant team sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry
- Proven ability to drive store performance and exceed sales targets
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen, including key retail performance indicators
- Coaching and development skills to empower team members to achieve their full potential
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
