Position Overview:

In your role at SKILLS RH, you will play a crucial part in managing order fulfillment and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to established protocols. You will also be tasked with resolving any disputes related to orders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and allocating products accordingly.
  • Placing orders with suppliers as authorized, following set guidelines.
  • Facilitating currency purchases and sales as needed.
  • Assembling and overseeing the documentary credit file.
  • Verifying the reception and accuracy of essential documents for international shipping in collaboration with the logistics team.
  • Tracking the status of customer and supplier orders in conjunction with the logistics department.
  • Reviewing and approving supplier invoices.
  • Preparing customer invoices.
  • Disseminating relevant information to all involved teams.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers.
  • Managing relationships with auditing firms for your files.
